5314 Trabuco Canyon Dr. will be auctioned at 11 am Wednesday, September 24, 2008 - The home will be open for previews from 2-4 pm on Saturday, Sept 20th & Sunday, Sept. 21st and 1 hour prior to Auction. All auctions are held rain or shine!

AUCTION TERMS:  All prospective buyers must register to bid.  A $7,500 Cashier's check or certified check payable to Elite Auctions will be required to bid at the auction.  The successful bidder will be required to deposit a $7,500 non-refundable payment in Broker’s Trust Account until time of closing.
